It has good transport links; Loughborough junction train station, Denmark hill station, nearest tube stations are Oval, Stockwell and Elephant and castle and there are plenty buses including a night bus for easy access to central London.
There are plenty shops, cafes, bars, gym and all other amenities nearby.
About the owners!
The flat is owned by an Irish couple who are based in Ireland and also an English guy who is based in the UK. He is on hand for any maintenance etc.
Having lived in the flat previously for 6 years we found the block very safe and friendly.
The rent is £1900 including most bills (CT, Gas , Electric ) for entire flat. Internet NOT included. £950 per room.
There is off street parking available (we can arrange a permit at no cost ).
