Just updating the information on this add.

I will have 1 room to let on a short term basis fully furnished in Camberwell on the 10.08.2026. Short term let until End of September.

The flat has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and shower, kitchen/living room and a small balcony.

It is situated in SE5, Denmark road so it's very close to Camberwell, Kings Hospital and a bus journey/ 15 min walk to Brixton. It has good transport links; Loughborough junction train station, Denmark hill station, nearest tube stations are Oval, Stockwell and Elephant and castle and there are plenty buses including a night bus for easy access to central London.
There are plenty shops, cafes, bars, gym and all other amenities nearby.

About the owners!
The flat is owned by an Irish couple who are based in Ireland and also an English guy who is based in the UK. He is on hand for any maintenance etc.

Having lived in the flat previously for 6 years we found the block very safe and friendly.

The rent is £950 including most bills (CT, Gas , Electric ) . Internet NOT included

There is off street parking available (we can arrange a permit at no cost ).
