Large, double SE6

We have a spare room in our 2 bed house, the house is 10mins from catford and ladywell station and a 15mins to lewisham. The road is quiet but just off the high street with lots of shops and restaurants. We have a large garden that we love to use as much as we can. We are looking for a relaxed flat mate with a full time job - as I work from home most week days. We are looking for a flat mate who will treat the house like their home. We also have a puppy so will consider anyone looking who also has a dog! We will consider other couples but honestly with the one small bathroom downstairs we feel it would be a bit of a squeeze! We’re both really creative and travel quite a lot.
