There is an extended kitchen, which has a side utility / pantry area for washing machine and lots of storage. Double doors from the kitchen lead to a decked area and onto the rear garden.

The immediate area, known as the Corbett Estate, is made up of 29 streets built in the late Victorian / early Edwardian period.

Local shops are 200 metres with a Co-op, convenience stores, cafes and the Good Food Deli.

Catford town centre has Catford Mews 3 screen cinema, the Broadway Theatre, supermarkets and shops plus plenty of options for food and drink - Italian (La Pizzeria Italiana), Turkish (EaTurkish, Mekan, Pide), Portuguese, Japanese (Sapporo Ichiban), Chinese, Thai, Lebanese Street Food restaurant (Fayrooz), Catford Bridge Tavern, Ninth Life, Bottle Bar and Catford Food Market.
