Light Double room furnished built in Wardrobe

My flat has been described as new age, modern, and cosy with neutral warm colours throughout I tried to make it as minimalistic and as comfortable as possible creating a vibe of Zen. The neighbourhood is very pleasant with parks nearby and train stations that will get you into central London in 20 mins. Lidl Supermarket is right on your doorstep for that early morning breakfast treats and a large Sainsbury's a 5 min walk away to pick up those convenience items. Feel free to use the amenities. The room for rent is a double room with a Double bed and a very comfortable double mattress, built inside is a double Wardrobe with shelving. An extra perk to the room is that it is fitted with a 70-inch Automatic Projector screen for watching films, full-body mirror also included as part of the furnishings. It is a very comfortable room to live in and has been very popular amongst previous guests. This room is perfectly suited for a Student studying at Goldsmiths or UAL, transport links to either are very good with a choice of 3 train stations nearby within walking distance, there is even free off-street parking within a stone's throw of the apartment. I have been a super host on Airbnb previously and also have accommodated quite a lot of long term lets during my time living here. I am a very easy going Landlord who mostly keeps myself to myself. I rarely bring anyone back to my apartment because I believe in creating nice energy to come home to after a days work. There are a few requirements that I ask from the potential tenant which is that you do not smoke inside the apartment, keep the communal areas like the bathroom and kitchen tidy, with your own room being up to your discretion. I prefer it if the guests were not to be bought back. Please do feel free to use all amenities and kitchen utensils, Dishwasher, Washing Machine etc.

Stipulations around the Corona Virus, please let me know whether you have had your 1st or 2nd vaccine, I myself have had my first vaccine. I do sanitise my apartment regularly and do ask that all guests use slippers inside the property
