Hi there!

If you are interested in the flat, send me a message about yourself. Really considering shorter lets at the moment, up to 3 months and nothing beyond that, as I may be moving to Australia next year. Probably quite well suited for someone who is moving down to London in a hurry, and needs a place while they search for something more long term

I'm renting out my second bedroom in my flat. Its pretty big, and has a double bed and a desk. I've also got a clothing rail that can put up. It doesn't have an en-suite but the main bathroom in the flat would essentially be your private bathroom, as my room has an en-suite.

The flat has an open plan living room and kitchen, with broadband and tv etc. Kitchen has dishwasher and washing machine/drier.

The flat is situated on the border of Catford and Lower Sydenham. In terms of amenities, there is a Lidl opposite the flat , and a big Sainsburys and Aldi about 5 mins down the road. There are a number of pubs dotted around the area, with the Railway Tavern a 5 minute walk away.

That flat is about a 5-10 minute walk to Lower Sydenham, which has trains going to London Bridge and Charing Cross or Cannon Street. Its also a 10-15 minute walk to Bellingham/Beckenham Hill station which has trains going to Elephant and Castle and Blackfriars or Victoria.

I'm a 33 year old Civil Servant, currently working from home 2 days a week.

I keep the place pretty clean, so would like to live with someone else equally as clean. I'm reasonably laid back during the week, and for the most part, my party days are over - these days I'm more into cooking, playing guitar, and running.

I can be flexible on short lets/Monday to Friday lets/rolling contracts if that's your preference.
