Sunny Double Room !

Our lovely housemate is moving out at the end of July, so we’re looking to fill a lovely double room that gets the morning sun in a three bed house with cute garden, and an open plan living/kitchen area🌞

The rooms does come unfurnished but our current flatmate is happy to sell furniture.

Both Catford and Catford Bridge
stations are just a 2 minute walk away, along with several bus routes. We’re also 5 minutes away from Ladywell and 10 minutes from Riverview Walk.

You’ll be sharing with three young professionals, Nila who WFH for a council, Harry who works for the national archives, and me, who works in the arts :)

We’re fairly communal and we sometimes cook dinner or watch a film together but also make time for ourselves to chill. We’re looking for someone who is friendly and easygoing, and if you’re a plant lover we’re always looking to house more🌿
