I hope you like pets as I have a beautiful friendly much loved French bulldog, who is 2 years old and a total clown . He is well behaved and quiet .
I am quite chilled, minimal cooking on my part- you can be Gordon Ramsey , I love walks, Good glass of wine , Netflix , I travel a fair bit with work . I exercise from home/ living room in early mornings around 6 am x 3 times a week( it’s quiet) so the person has to be ok with that - I will adapt the days to suit you.
The flat is fully equipped- washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, super fast internet, Netflix and Sky TV - you are welcome to use all bits in kitchen for cooking and eating .

No working from home ( except one day a week) - - sorry

Would suit a professional needing London base during week - someone very clean , respectful who treats the room and house as home - and is tidy .

Short term full time considered

Enviable location- two stations - Lower Sydenham , zone 4 ( 9 min walk) and Bellingham, zone 3, (14 min walk) both with frequent trains all day long up to 4-5 per hour will take you to :
London Bridge -14-15 min
Waterloo - 20 min

King’s Cross ST Pancras -35 min
Croydon , West Hampstead and further afield to Luton etc

Lewisham station connection to DLR for Docklands -12 min away connecting to Canary Wharf

Riverview walk ( river Poole) right in front of house -22 mile walk to Greenwich, Crystal Palace and Beckenham Palace park- on door step .
Crystal Palace, Beckenham and Forest Hill are all nearby offering numerous bars and restaurants if you don’t fancy going to Central London

Massive Sainsbury’s hypermarket and Aldi - 5 min walk . Various shops , chemists , etc - all short walk away .

Bromley Glades - shopping centre- 30 min away by bus or 15 min by car .

House has free parking all around and is very safe

The room includes all bills ( subject to reasonable usage ) - including Sky super fast broadband .

Addition is only £10 per month - we share - for cleaning materials, washing up and toilet paper , etc .
