Creative household looking for a new housemate!

Spacious, light & airy double room available from 1st of August in our creative house in SE6 🌻

Our lovely housemate Sioban has gotten a wicked job in SW London, but this sadly means she is looking to move closer to work!

The house is very spacious and full of character. We have a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space, a decent sized garden with a shed, and TWO communal rooms - a downstairs living room/dining room and a snug loft room upstairs. There’s also a lovely bathroom with a standalone bath, a downstairs toilet, and plenty of storage space with under-stairs cupboard + attic cupboards in the loft.

The current housemates are Kelly, a 32 year old costume and production designer; Ben, a 44 year old film producer and Joe, a 27 year old audio coordinator.

There’s plenty of greenery in this area 🌻 Otherwise there are quick direct trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Blackfriars and Cannon Street. Our home is a 10 min drive or a short bus/cycle to Brockley, Ladywell, Peckham & Lewisham.

The room is very roughly 4mx4m (very spacious with large windows), the rent is £675 per month without bills (£110 per month including council tax - we are in council tax band D). Free on-street parking!!

Though we are all independent and busy, we love to socialise in the house, so ideally we are looking for someone who likes a chat in the evening & an occasional pub, gig or board game night & has a laid back and relaxed vibe about them.
