A clean and bright double room, with kingsize bed and furniture in a great location. The flat is newly decorated and comes with a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee machine, d/washer, air fryer etc) a large open plan living space and a beautiful sunny balcony.

You’ll be sharing with me (a fun-loving 40 year old Senior Programme Manager working for a charity) and my friendly, vivacious and mature 10 year old. I work from home and we enjoy fitness, music, travel, cooking, dancing and spending time with family/friends. We’re happy to share our home with someone who’s social and wants to spend some time together and/or someone who’s more introverted and prefers their own company. We are often out and about doing our own thing.

As our new lodger will be sharing with a family there are a few important points;

*Female identifying people only.
*Guests are welcome but no guests staying overnight when my daughter’s home (she’s away bi-weekly Thurs-Sun and half the school holidays).
*A clean and tidy home is very important to us and we’d like someone who’s similarly inclined and would treat the place as their own.
*We’d prefer someone who doesn’t WFH more than 3 days a week (not a deal breaker).

Other than that we welcome anyone who’s open, happy and wants somewhere comfy and secure to call home.

Location:

The flat is is SE6 near Beckenham Hill and Bellingham stations and a short bus ride to Catford station - all with excellent links to central London. Free on street parking available around the property.

Rent:

The flat is available for min 3 months (flexible and can be increased upon agreement)

£800 per month (£400 security with first months rent) this includes all bills and a cleaner. Available from 12th Aug- negotiable)

N. B. We also live with 2 dwarf hamsters 🐹 they’re very well behaved! Pictures on the floor are due to go on the wall after aforementioned redecoration!
