I am looking for a student or professional individual who is tidy, reliable, and friendly.

I have a preference for short let anywhere from 1-3 months but long term can be considered with the right flatmate.

Home consists of myself and my 7 year old. I work full time (hybrid) as a creative, I am a music engineer (mostly out of the home) I also work to protect human rights in the domestic abuse sector. My home reflects creativity :). I’m slightly neurospicy which shows up as me often spending quiet time alone to recharge but I am a caring person and happy to develop a friendship too. I make Jollof rice 1-2 times a month and you’d be welcome to partake in some :).

The home and area are both peaceful and well loved. Ground floor flat with very large shared garden.

Free Wi-Fi is also available. No pets allowed.

You will need to put down 1 months deposit and a months rent before moving in.

Couples may be considered at a slightly higher rent of 800pm.
