Large Studio Room with Own Kitchen

Im looking to rent out my spare room.

About the room : The studio room is large and bright. It is entirely self-contained with its own small kitchen with washing machine, dining area, wardrobe and ample space for a bed or sofabed.

The room is furnished with a table, chairs and an armchair, and kitchenware so all you would need to bring is own bed (or my currently longer is selling their very comfortable bed)

The Bathroom is shared with one other (myself) in the few days per week that I am at home.

About the property: This is a 2 bedroom flat on two levels. The ground floor contains my bedroom, the guest studio room (this will be your room with its own kitchen) and the shared bathroom . You will have everything in your room - someone recently described the room as a “flat within a flat” - and Apart from the bathroom, there are no other shared areas x

My art studio /workshop is on the basement level where I have my own kitchen/sitting area on that level.

The flat is located about 7 mins walk from Lower Sydenham (18 mins to london Bridge, 33 mins to charing X, 45 -50 mins to Kings X )

About me: I am an artist and University Lecturer and I often work away from home on Projects and academic role 2-3 days per week . I also stay at my boyfriends flat a couple night per week in Hackney . Because of that I rarely stay in the flat overnight.

This is a LGBT friendly household.

I am looking for a single professional or creative person who is happy to mostly be in the flat on their own as I am rarely at home in the working week. The price for the weekly rent includes all bills on a fair use basis. Please note that If you’re planning on working from home on a regular basis, there will be a small electric and heating surcharge.
