Located in a residential area between Forest Hill (Overground) and Catford Bridge stations with a friendly family gastro-pub a street away, voted best family pub in London in 2025. A large Sainsbury's with all cuisine ingredients under the sun and two small parks and tennis courts nearby.
TRANSPORT:
13 min walk to Catford Br. station (with 15 mins connection to London Bridge/ Waterloo/ Charing Cross - from Catford Br. station and 25 min to Blackfries / St Pancras - from Catford station).
To keep the space comfortable and safe for both of us during this short-term, I kindly ask that there are no boyfriend visits or overnight stays. Thank you!
