Double room in south east London

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy early February/end of January . It’s a 2 story flat in south east London with a large kitchen, living room, laundry, one bathroom/shower and a terrace. You will be sharing with two wonderful flatmates, Shannon (25 from wales) and Alex (22 from England). Rent is £663 per month and around £150 in bills. It’s a quick walk to the nearest station with easy transport into central. The flat is close to a Lidl and Sainsbury’s as well as local parks. As a flat we enjoy hanging out, occasionally having dinner together in kitchen, watching films on the projector in the living room as well as enjoying our own space in our rooms.
