We're looking for a lovely housemate to join our household of young working professionals - a Nurse, Events Coordinator, Teaching assistant, Sales Consultant, Compliance Officer and Train Driver.

Only 10 mins walk to Hither Green train station (ignore Google Maps, they take you the long way round), 12 minutes to London Bridge, 15 mins to Waterloo, and 20 to Cannon St and Charing Cross.

A nice safe area that benefits from a range of bars, restaurants, local shopping, and gyms.

The house has a huge kitchen with a breakfast bar, a spacious living room with a dining area., two first-floor bathrooms and a guest cloakroom on the ground floor. There is a large sunny garden as well.

The open-plan kitchen has two fridges/freezers and a dishwasher, and a washing machine & tumble dryer in the utility room There is central heating throughout.

All rooms are fully furnished, there's a 40" TV in the kitchen, and an even bigger one in the living room, both with the full Virgin TV package.
