We have a good size double room in a big house with garden.
15 minutes walking distance to Catford stations.
Comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe and cabinet.
Please note, the angle of the picture does not allow to see all space in the room, the room is bigger than you can see.
The area also offers loads of local ammenities, such as tesco, lidl, aldi, iceland, superdrug and cooperative at the end of the road. Few main banks and Catford market.
We are two sisters and friends sharing the house and one of them is leaving due to work.
Looking for friendly, clean and easy going person to join us. We do like socialising and having bbq's together, so if you do, please do not hesitate to visit.
The rent includes all bills ( fibre optic broadband as well)
1 month rent in advance would be required.
