I would like to share a nice quiet house in SE6, fully refurbished and renovated in 2013. It is situated 10-15 minute walk to 3 main train stations Catford, Catford Bridge, and Bellingham. Other train stations such as Lower Sydenham and Beckenham Hill are 22 and 14 minutes away using public transport.
The trains go to London Bridge, Victoria, Charing Cross, Cannon Street, New Cross in 20-30-40 min, busses/night buses to Lewisham, Bromley, Crystal Palace, Holborn, Elephant & Castle, Liverpool Street, Canada Water, Woolwich, Croydon, Eltham, Sidcup. It is a walking distance 20-30 min to University Lewisham Hospital.

I offer:
-1 furnitured room with a double bed (£155 per week), chest of drawers, side drawer, small desk, chair, TV & TV unit;
-only 2 other people for 1 bathroom,
-1 kitchenette, with a small oven with 2 stove hobs, induction hob, microwave, TV, and fridge freezer;
-no shared living room,
-underfloor heating,
-washing machine,
-nice front & back garden,
-free outside parking space.

There are locks on the garden doors, house door and all rooms. Also fire alarms, smoke, and carbon monoxide alarms.

The bills included: council tax, electricity, gas, broadband/internet, TV license, and water. The only extra payment is for cleaning of the shared areas once per week as per the agreement with the cleaner-£10 per week.

Please could you provide some sort of ID/ identification, also:
-4 weeks deposit, and
-1/2 references from previous landlord and/ or employer.

Welcome viewings on weekdays after 18.30 pm or weekends after an agreement.

P. S. I do live on a separate floor, and have my own bathroom and kitchen. I also have a cat Kiki, 🐈. She stays mainly indoors in my room.
