Double Room in Sydenham/Forest Hill

We'd like to welcome you to our humble abode in Sydenham. If you move in you'll have a lovely, clean double room. All bills are included, fibre optic broadband and weekly cleaner and monthly gardener all included too.

The house is a large bungalow surrounded by a massive garden with a large kitchen and living space. There is also a gas fire place for those winter nights in.

There are 2 large doubled bedrooms available, each furnished with a double bed and drawers.

There is a big mix of characters in the house; We are 3 young professionals. There is also a Bernese mountain dog here during the daytime, we are ideally looking for someone working full time and that works during the day, so that the house is quiet during the day as one of the tenants works from home during the day time.

All that is required is rent is paid on time and you enjoy the place. All bills and internet are included, including the cleaner.
