Double room, close to Forest Hill

Due to a last minute change of plan there is a double room now available at our house from 31st August. This would be sharing with three others (one Goldsmiths student, two professionals) and a cat (very professional). We offer a friendly, chilled out home.
The room is available unfurnished or furnished, as the current tenant is leaving a double bed, desk, a tall free-standing cupboard and shelves. This might suit someone coming to study at Goldsmiths from abroad?

The house is situated between Catford and Forest Hill, on a quiet leafy road with a country feel and all the convenience of being close to London. We are 2 minutes from the best pub in South London, The Blythe Hill Tavern (according to Time Out).
Transport links from Catford Bridge/Catford are excellent, these are our closest station (8 mins walk):

8 minutes to Peckham Rye
11mins to London Bridge
20 minutes to Waterloo
26 mins to Charing Cross
30 mins to Farringdon/Kings Cross

We're 20 minutes walk to Honor Oak Park or Forest Hill stations (5 mins on bus) where you can pick up the orange overground line.
