Double room in SE7 (Available from July 2026)

Hi, I'm looking for a lodger for this double room and I hoping to find someone who can move in July. I've previously had lodgers in this room and it's always been a positive experience!

This room includes a double bed and some furnishings (a bed and a clothes rail). The bed in the photos is a king sized bed which I am replacing with a double bed before anyone moves in.

The property is a two bed maisonette which has ground floor access and a large garden. The property also has two bathrooms.

Bills are approximately £150/month.

Transport:
- Westcombe park is about a 10 minute walk. away and takes about 20 minutes to get into London Bridge.
- North Greenwich tube station (jubilee line) is a 10 minute bus journey away.

Nearby:
- Greenwich park is less than 30 minutes walk away.
- Loads of shops in the retail park which is very close (pretty much across the street).
- The O2 is only a 10 minute bus journey away.
