Room available in friendly SE London flat

Doing viewings up to 3rd Sept by which time I would like someone lined up as I am going on holiday :) Please get in touch if this of interest!

We are two flatmates looking for a young professional to take the third bedroom, which is a large, spacious room with a double bed, a desk, chair, bedside desk/drawer, wardrobe and storage drawers under the bed.

I am a lawyer who does not work from home, and my Flatmate works from home in VR/tech. We are both working full time (normal working hours).

I am covering most of the bills and council tax but require a contribution of £50 to assist (subject to increase if overused significantly.)

There is a lounge with a new large 4k HD TV we regularly use as a communal space to watch TV and have dinner (no pressure to join in unless you feel like it!) We have a lovely kitchen with everything you need! Washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and air fryer too. There is a small balcony.

There are a few shops and things across the road (Nisa/off licence/pizza/kebab/chicken shop/post office..) Lidl is 2 mins walk away and there is Coop Supermarket 10 mins away. The walk to the station is easy - 10 minutes flat walk to Mottingham Station with direct regular trains that take 20 to 25 mins direct to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross, Cannon Street and others (like Lewisham and New Cross.) A bus stop is just across the road which makes it very easy to get around (Bromley, Eltham, etc.) Petrol station under a minute away and parking easy to get.

Ideally I'd be looking to sign a 6 month contract with the option to roll on.

Whilst my housemate and I are very good friends, I am also happy with someone who likes to do their own thing too. The room is perfect for this as it is spacious.
