We’re Cecilia and Andrea, two friendly Italian professionals in our late 20s / early 30s, looking for a respectful, tidy and dog-friendly lodger to join our home in SE9.

The house is calm, clean and relaxed, definitely more “home” than party house. We both work hybrid jobs and are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

The room:

• New double bed & mattress
• High quality furniture: new wardrobe, chest of drawers & TV
• Space for desk if needed (can be supplied)

• Massive south-facing garden
• Shared bathroom

• Super fast broadband
• Recently refurbished

Transport:
• Zone 3
• Kidbrooke Station: 8–10 min walk
• 132 bus to North Greenwich: 30 seconds away
• Easy access to Canary Wharf, London Bridge, Charing Cross & the Jubilee line

About us:
We love music, cooking, art, films and the occasional dinner or drink with friends, but this is very much a peaceful grown-up house rather than a party flatshare.

We also have two large rescue Staffy-cross dogs, so being genuinely comfortable around big friendly dogs is essential. They’re affectionate, goofy and a big part of the home.

Looking for:

• Hybrid working welcome (probably not ideal for full-time permanent WFH)

Rent:
£750 pcm bills included.
