I am a friendly South African 30 year old man looking for a friendly flat mate to join me and my girlfriend in our Wandsworth flat until the end of February.
A bit about the flat:
Completely furnished with everything possibly needed – Note I just purchased a 75” TV which is not in the pictures as I mounted it on the wall after taking the pictures.
Items included are all the basics but also a few other items such as an Xbox (with Fifa), Karaoke machine, and disco lights for the occasional parties
You’d have your own bathroom and access to the spacious open plan living area. The flat also has a very large roof terrace and you have access to braai/bbq facilities a fire pit and all the outdoor furniture. All bills 100% included in price.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE WE HAVE 2 CATS - so you'd need to be happy with that.
We're not looking for a particular gender, just someone with good vibes and while your stay may only be 2 weeks, we could be long term friends :)
