I am leaving the UK and looking for someone to rent out my room. I leave and it's available from 11 November 2026. I have a fantastic housemate Matt and 2 beautiful cats which will remain there until March when my ex comes back to London and takes them. (so you'd need to like cats (but not any responsibility).
A bit about the flat:
Completely furnished with everything possibly needed – Note I just purchased a 100” TV which is not in the pictures as I mounted it on the wall after taking the pictures.
Items included are all the basics but also a few other items such as an Xbox (with Fifa), Karaoke machine and standard essentials including bills, wifi etc.
You’d have your own en-suite bathroom and access to the spacious open plan living area. The flat also has a very large roof terrace and you have access to braai/bbq facilities a fire pit and all the outdoor furniture. All bills 100% included in price.
I'm looking for someone respectful who will treat the place with care and has a history of paying rent on time with references please. Please respond letting me know a bit about you.
