Double room Barnes, 20 mins to Waterloo

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely 3-bed ground-floor flat in Barnes Bridge.

You’d be living with myself and my housemate Jos who both work in the charity sector, plus our very cute cat Pookie. We’re a creative household, with lots of art and writing happening around the flat, and we’re looking for someone who’d enjoy being part of a friendly, relaxed home. We also run a bi-weekly writing group.

The flat is furnished, the room can be unfurnished or furnished. We also have a cleaner who comes bi-weekly.

The room itself is cosy and quiet, at the back of the flat away from the main road, overlooking the garden. It gets lovely afternoon sunlight and is a really peaceful space. We’ve also got a washing machine/dryer in the kitchen and a lovely garden with a hammock, which is amazing in the summer.

Barnes Bridge station is a 5-minute walk away, and Mortlake station is 15 minutes away, and it only takes 25 minutes to get to Waterloo on the train.

We’re also a minute from the river, and you can almost see it from the flat. There are lots of lovely Barnes pubs, cafés and shops very close by.

We like having people over, cooking together, and hanging out, but equally everyone has their own lives and space.

Rent is £950 a month and that includes council tax and all bills.
