After living here for several years I'd say the biggest perk of this place is the location and that you feel like it's a place you can quickly call home. Also, when I am out and about you have the place to yourself.

Main perks of the flat:

- Close to bus stops, Barnes Station, Richmond Park, and local shops. Tesco, post office, and other shops are just a 2-3 mins walk away. The area offers trails, greenery, and scenic views, including Putney River.

- Safe and convenient access to the city center: Waterloo in 20 mins, Victoria in 20 mins via Clapham Junction, and Baker Street in 45 mins via Waterloo.

- Quiet residential area with lovely green surroundings. Richmond Park and Putney River are 20 minutes away.

- Free off-road parking is available nearby, a significant advantage given the expensive residential parking in Putney.

- The community features family-run pubs, restaurants, shops, gyms, a pool facility, and tennis courts, with plenty of green areas and running trails.

The price is £1250/month for single occupancy and £1400/month for couples. Bills are an extra approx. £150 a month.
