- Close to other local amenities as well (Tesco Extra literally downstairs, 2 minute walk from Streatham station, 10 minute walk to Streatham Common station, 2 minute walk to Streatham Common, quite a few really nice coffee shops / cafes / pubs nearby)

ABOUT ME

- I'm a friendly, chilled out flatmate, I like keeping the flat clean and tidy, would love someone similar! My party days are generally behind me but would be nice to have a friendly chat here and there and the occasional beer together if you are so inclined! Always happy for both of us to just have our own space as well! I work as a product manager in banking and currently doing a part time course in psychotherapy /counselling. Feel like open and respectful would be how I'd love to be with my new flatmate.

- Stay as long as you like with 1 month notice required to end contract in the event you want to leave
