A recently refurbished small double room is available in a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home. The room has new carpet and new furniture, offering a fresh and cosy living space.

The kitchen has also been recently refurbished and is kept clean and organised. I take pride in maintaining a tidy home and am looking for a lodger who shares similar standards. There is a simple cleaning rota to ensure communal areas remain pleasant for everyone.
