A 1 bedroom flat. I’m currently looking to rent out my living room space for, over a 6 month period basis. With the potential going to a year or more.

There’s a local Sainsbury’s, Co-operative’s, Iceland and Tesco in area. 2 overground train station "Tulse hill or West Norwood" within 7 minutes walking distance, & a third option Streatham Hill station.

Multiple bus stops routes leading into central London, and other local areas e. g; Herne hill, Brockwell park, Brixton, Clapham Common etc.

The room is unfurnished recently redecorated, newly painted walls and door. Inside is a sofa, curtains, tall lamp and a table, the room also extends to the garden area.
