The flat is a 4 min walk from Norbury Station, in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Trains run every 15 min, reaching Balham in 8 minutes, Victoria in 20 minutes and London Bridge in 35 minutes, plus plenty of buses.
The main road is 3 minutes on foot, with plenty of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.
The flat is clean, cosy and spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
My priority is to find a clean and calm person or couple who will enjoy tranquillity at home.
