Ensuite room - new property will suit quiet person

Hi, we are a married couple 59 and 68 and have 4 lodgers already. our 2nd longest here is having to move for work reasons and therefore 1 double room with en-suite is becoming available. The house is spacious with a living room and large kitchen-diner.
This opportunity would better suit a quieter person as generally we all keep ourselves to ourselves.
We built the new house 7 years ago and we are both retired. We spend much of our time helping out with grandchildren at their houses.
All our lodgers are 2 + years
