Room in homely flat in Tooting / Streatham

Hello!

I am renting out a room in my flat in Tooting Bec / Streatham hill (it is equidistant from both stations). I am 29 and a professional working in sales. Although my job is quite busy, I am big into fitness and also love cooking / exploring new restaurants with friends. I would love to be able to build friendship with my housemate, but also respect each others space.

In terms of location, the flat has good transport links and is in a lovely residential and safe area. The room is a single but has a double bed and the living room is spacious for working and relaxing. The kitchen is well set with coffee machine, nutribullet etc. The flat is close to tooting common and the lido which is handy!

Tooting Bec station - 18 minute walk
Streatham common - 12/13 minute walk

The price is not inclusive of bills which will be c.£120

My housemate is moving out in likely april, but some flex on dates.
