Looking for a lodger in our beautiful house

We have a large double room in our bright and sunny three bedroom house which is available to rent from early November (although we are flexible with move in dates).
I work in the Middle East in construction and am rarely in the UK. So you would mainly be living with Sam and Megan (Sam’s girlfriend).
I bought the house in 2019 and renovated it throughout. It’s recently had a refresh and Sam is now moving back in with his girlfriend Megan.
Sam and Meg are a couple in their early 30’s. Sam works in media in London and is in the office most days, occasionally working from home. Megan is a fashion teacher working just outside the city.
In our spare time, Sam loves to watch the football and Meg enjoys an art gallery. They enjoy going out for a good meal.
They are moving back in to the property on 27 November and currently in the process of re-furnishing it to a great standard. The property has been recently repainted and is looking great!

Your room is a large double - 3.68m x 3.46m with big windows, currently it is unfurnished but we are happy to furnish it with a double bed, wardrobe and desk or if you have your own furniture you can bring it (we’re flexible).
The house is an end of terrace on a quiet street, it has a high spec kitchen/ diner which also is used as a communal lounge area. This looks out on to the conservatory and the garden which you are also able to use.
Your bedroom is upstairs, next to the shared bathroom overlooking the garden.

We are looking for a lodger who wants to live in a peaceful house, somebody who is friendly, easy going and who respects personal space.
The £890 pcm includes bills, WiFi and a bi-weekly cleaner.

About the area:
Streatham Common station is an 8 minute walk with trains going to Balham and on to Central London in 18 minutes.
Mitcham Eastfields and Streatham Station are a 20 min walk.
There is a Co-op supermarket 2 minutes walk away and a large Lidl 10 minutes walk away.
Streatham Common park is a 20 minutes walk, there’s lots of pubs (our favourite is The Railway), cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk.
