Double bright room available in Friendly household

We’re looking for a professional, mature, and quiet female to join a welcoming, non-smoking household shared with the live-in landlord (Stephanie) and one other female.
Ideally the successful candidate would not work more than 1 day/ week from home.

Please note that I have a 3 years old cat called Pumpkin.
