Furnished Double Room Available – Streatham SW16

We have a furnished double room available now in our family home in Streatham (SW16), just off Streatham High Road. Short-term or longer-term stays considered.
The room has a double bed, desk and plenty of built-in wardrobe/storage space. The photos I currently have are from before we furnished it, so the bedroom itself looks a little different now!

It's a large, lively and very homely house. You'd have full use of the communal spaces, including a large kitchen, dining room, living room with TV and various subscriptions, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a small garden with BBQ. There's also a dedicated fridge for the lodgers in the dining room, and WiFi and all bills are included.

The room shares a newly refurbished bathroom with shower with just one other lodger.

We are a family of four (two adults and two boys, aged 5 and 6) and also have one lovely female lodger/friend living with us. It's a friendly, sociable household and we very much treat the people who live with us as part of the home rather than having a formal landlord/tenant atmosphere. At the same time, everyone obviously has their own space and independence.

We're looking for one person only who would enjoy living in a relaxed family home.
