1 Spacious Double Room for rent in Furzedown - available 1st November or 1st December depending on interest.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. It has a big window and gets lots of natural light.

You would be moving in with 3 professionals, one of them is a piano teacher so you will hear the odd piano lesson or recital. They’re all really into cinema so we often have movie nights, otherwise everybody has their own thing going on and respects each other’s space.

It’s on a residential street so it’s very quiet and there are shops/cafes/ a microbrewery and pizza restaurant at the bottom of the street. It’s a 5 minute walk to Tooting Common, 20 minute walk to Tooting Bec tube station and Streatham Common station. There is a Sainsburys local and a Budgens all within walking distance.

I’m moving back home to live with family
so the room will become available for a long term let as you would be taking over on the contract with the other tenants - this is on a monthly rolling basis. Rent is £828 per month and bills are excluded, coming to roughly £100 per month 🙂

There is a second double bedroom that will become available from 1st January as another housemate is moving out of London.
