Bright airy double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe. chest of drawers. Kettle and toaster in room but kitchen access available if needed. Bathroom with bath and separate shower only shared with 1 other ie. ME. all bills including internet, electric council tax included. I have a small friendly dog and cat. Use of conservatory and garden allowed with smoking allowed in the garden or outside. Only 5 min walk to buses overground and trains into Central London. No guests allowed. No tv in room but you may bring your own. 2 WEEK TRIAL PERIOD TO SEE IF WE GET ON OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE GIVEN 1-2 WEEKS TO FIND ALTERNATIVE ACCOMODATION. I am friendly and easy going as long as we respect each others space. Must be clean and tidy in all communal areas
