The recently redecorated ensuite is for your sole use and includes a shower with good water pressure, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.
RENT AND BILLS
All bills are included, subject to reasonable usage:
* council tax(D); gas & electricity; water; 1Gbps Hyperoptic broadband;
* fortnightly cleaning of the communal areas.
* Cleaning of your room can also be included in the rent if you prefer.
If you have your own residence we will also consider Monday to Friday rental (5 nights per week) at 80% of the rent.

We are a friendly household consisting of two working parents and our A-level-age son. Our older sons have now left home, which is why the loft room has become available.
We are easy to get along with and want our lodger to feel comfortable and welcome. At the same time, this is a fairly calm and independent household rather than a highly social house-share.
During the working week, we are generally out at work or school. In the evenings, everyone usually follows their own routine. You would have shared use of the kitchen-diner, TV/Xbox room and garden, while also enjoying the privacy of your own loft floor and ensuite.
We also have a very friendly cat, Turbo, so you will need to be comfortable living with a cat; for this reason, we cannot accommodate any additional pets.
ABOUT YOU
The room would suit someone who enjoys having their own space within a friendly, peaceful home.
You are likely to be a working professional or mature student with a reasonably settled routine. You will be considerate, reliable and comfortable living independently, while also being friendly when we cross paths in the kitchen or other shared areas.
We are looking for someone who:
* values a clean, quiet and well-maintained home;
* is tidy and clears away promptly after using the kitchen;
* is comfortable preparing and eating meals independently;
* prefers a relaxed home environment rather than a busy or highly social house-share;
* is considerate about noise, particularly after 10pm;
* is looking for a comfortable home for a meaningful period rather than a very short stay.
