Double room + private bathroom - £40 per night

I'm looking for a part time / ad hoc lodger for my flat in SW17!

The room would ideally be available for 2-3 nights a week (weekdays), so would be perfect for someone who commutes into London for work but doesn't need to be here full-time.

I'm very flexible and happy to consider anything from occasional one-off stays to a more regular weekly arrangement. I'd also be very happy to consider longer stays of 1-2 weeks if anyone is looking for somewhere comfortable to stay for a short period.
Some weekends could also be available!

* 44, 77 and 270 buses 8 minutes walk away, with connections to Earlsfield, Tooting Broadway and other parts of London

About me:

I'm 29 and live with my sprocker spaniel, Lottie, who is very friendly!

Tike yoga, walks and the occasional glass of wine. I'm also quite crafty and love knitting, and I'm happy having a cosy evening in watching TV!

During the week I'm generally pretty quiet, an early riser and not much of a night owl, so it's a relaxed and homely place to come back to after work.

I'd love to find someone friendly and considerate who wants somewhere comfortable to stay when they're in London, without having to commit to a full-time rental.
