I'm Artem, the homeowner of a recently refurbished two-story flat. Aleksandra, who works in the filming industry, is the current lodger and can vouch for the comfortable and friendly living environment here. I work in IT, primarily from home.

We’re looking for a third flatmate (female) to replace Shloka, who is leaving her room as she moves back to India. While I’m currently away on vacation, I’ll be sharing Shloka’s details with you, and she’ll be managing the viewings in my absence.

The room we offer is a spacious double bedroom with a built-in mirrored wardrobe. We prefer a non-smoking, easy-going professional without any pets.

Kitchen: fully equipped with a double oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
Laundry: includes washing machine and separate dryer.
Internet: up to 150 Mbps.
Storage: dedicated storage room for your luggage and boxes.

Convenience: 10-minute walk to Clapham Junction, 5 minutes to Wandsworth Town.
Amenities: Numerous cafes, pubs, gyms, and restaurants nearby.
Shopping: ASDA, LIDL, and Whole Foods Market just a few steps away.
Parking: Available for an additional cost.

Rent is £900 per month, and the deposit is £450. All bills and taxes are included.
