Heartwarming home right next to Buckingham Palace!

Unique opportunity to join our amazing, homely flat-share in one of London's most vibrant and central locations!

One spacious en-suite bedroom is available with a view of Buckingham Palace. The flat has two bathrooms/three toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Our flatmate Arsenio is sadly leaving the UK for the south of France (thrilled for him getting to enjoy better weather and food, but gutted to see him go!) so we're hoping to find someone just as friendly and wonderful to join our home!

Located right next to Buckingham Palace and Saint James' Park, in close walking distance to Soho, the West End, Hyde Park, Big Ben etc and only a 5-minute walk to Victoria station.

We are looking for someone to stay at least 6 months and who would enjoy being part of a warm, easygoing and friendly home.

A bit about the current flatmates

We’re Daniela and Camille - young professionals working in sustainability consulting and law. We’re both pretty active, social and easygoing, and we love having a home that feels relaxed and welcoming.

You'll often find us running, at the gym, hiking, kite surfing, travelling or exploring a new part of London. We enjoy everything from the cinema and exhibitions to music events and festivals - equally, we’re big fans of a night in with a movie, a board game or absolutely no plans at all.

Around the house, we share the cleaning and keep things tidy, but we’re definitely not neat freaks. As we’re both from abroad, we really enjoy having friends and family over, and often help each other out with hosting or make our rooms available if needed when someone’s away. We’d always find space for the people who are important to you too, and make sure they feel right at home!

While we're both often on the go, we find life is so much nicer when you genuinely enjoy coming home and the people you live with - some of our favourite bits of living together are the everyday things like catching up in the kitchen, cooking or deciding to grab a drink together on a whim. We love having a flat where everyone feels comfortable doing their own thing, and is also up for the occasional dinner or spontaneous plan when our schedules align.
