Large furnished king en-suite on its own floor

Large furnished room (around 25 sqm) in a 160 sqm house on a quiet street near Victoria. The room is the whole first floor and has a king size bed, three wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath.

Shared spaces are the kitchen, living room, a conservatory with a glass roof and a garden. There's a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and AC in every room. A cleaner comes once a week and also does laundry and irons shirts.

We're two guys, 26 and 31. We both work a lot, and outside of that we go to the gym and road cycle together. Everyone has their own floor, so you get your own space but it's still a shared house.

Victoria station is c.3 minutes away and St James's Park station about 5. Buckingham Palace is a 5 minute walk and Mayfair about 15, and we both walk to work.

Available from early December, but we're flexible on the date.
