I have a spacious double room to let from mid-April/early May.

The room is the ‘master’ bedroom on the top floor [no lift] of a terraced house that was turned into flats a long time ago. It has loads of room for storage.

There are two bedrooms, one bathroom with a bath/shower, a separate kitchen, and a large shared living room.

The rent is £900 per month + bills (water, council tax, broadband & energy) are approx £150 per month.

The flat is in a great location for commuting:

5 minute walk from Pimlico Station [Victoria line]
10 minute walk across the bridge to Vauxhall Station [Victoria line & South Western Railway]
20 minute walk to Westminster
One minute walk to bus stop for 87, 88, C10
Five minute walk to bus stop for 2, 88, 36, 185, 360
Five minute walk to Millenium Pier for boats towards the city

Location

The location is perfect for anyone wanting to make the most of London/wanting a central location with great transport links. It's a quiet neighbourhood, with lovely neighbours and lots of pubs,

You would be less than a five minute walk from Tate Britain, along with the river itself, for anyone who likes to cycle/jog [or just likes to be near water].

The flat is walking distance from Westminster, Victoria [great for theatres & restaurants] and is generally convenient for everything.

There are also a few great pubs close by if you’re partial to a Sunday roast but don’t fancy cooking.

About me

I’m a professional woman, who usually works in the financial sector although currently in the process of changing roles. I’ve been living in the area for about ten years. I’ve lived in a few other cities and countries, and I have to say London is my favourite.

I have a lot of interests, from music [singing in a choir], to the arts (galleries and museums), gigs and love going out with friends and enjoying the city but also love quiet nights in with a good film and a glass of wine (+ popcorn!)!!

I would describe myself as a sociable introvert, so I do like to get to know anyone I’m living with and enjoy the occasional dinner/wine night, but I’m also happy in my own company.
