Bright & spacious room (Mon - Fri) in Westminster

A bright, spacious double room available for a Monday - Friday only lodger (no weekends) in a two-bedroom flat in the heart of Pimlico.

The flat is on the top (3rd) floor of a building with friendly neighbours, close to the Thames river (which you can see if you pop your head out the window) in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. It's a gem in zone 1!

The room is the master bedroom, with twin windows so it gets loads of natural light. It’s a great size with plenty of storage/shelving as well as an electric standing desk, bedside tables, chest of drawers and an armchair. I also have a spare TV you’re very welcome to use in the room if you’d like.

The flat has a shared comfortable living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with a bath/shower.

You’d be sharing with me. I’m friendly and easy-going, happy to chat, but also respectful of space. I used to work in finance but now work in higher education. I work from home two days a week/in the office three days. Depending on the week, I'm out and about a lot in the evenings either going to see a film, theatre show or art exhibition. I also love music, going to gigs and I sing in a local choir and like to take an art class (painting/drawing) from time to time. I do like an occasional evening in reading a good book or watching TV with maybe a glass of wine ;0)

There are lots of great cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby, Battersea and St James' park are walking distances away - perfect for lovely walks and chilling out. Tate Britain is in the neighbourhood, and you can walk to the West End in about 45 minutes.

5 min walk to Pimlico Station (Victoria line)
10 min walk to Vauxhall Station (Victoria line & National Rail)
20 min walk to Westminster
Buses (87, 88, C10) just a minute away + more bus routes (2, 36, 185, 360) within 10 mins
Millenium Pier 5 mins away for the river boat

I’m looking for someone mature and considerate (a professional who needs a comfortable base in London during the work week) who is clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. £1,100/month (including bills).

It’s a week day let only:
Monday - Friday £1,100/month (including bills) or
Monday - Thursday £950/month (including bills)

Accessibility - it's a 3rd story walk up, with no lift.
