Looking for a clean, quiet, safe & beautifully maintained home in the heart of London? We have a fantastic single room available in our amazing, recently refurbished house. It’s located in a peaceful riverside area in Zone 1 (Pimlico/Victoria). After 10 years of living here, I still absolutely love it!

The Location:
• Super Connected: 7-min walk to Pimlico Station, 13-min walk to Victoria Station
• Prime Central London: short Walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Battersea Park, West End and more :)
• Convenient: Tesco Express round the corner, huge Sainsbury’s 10 mins away, and a gym/spa just 2 mins away.

The House & Room:

• The Room: Quite spacious for a London single, filled with beautiful natural light, and features a built-in wardrobe.
• The Layout: A bright, newly refurbished 4-bedroom house with 2 WCs and 1 shower.

• Perks: All bills are included (council tax, water, electricity, super-fast fibre broadband, and all-day heating). You'll also enjoy the top floor to yourself most evenings and weekend!

Our Home Culture & Vibes:
You’ll be sharing with me and my boyfriend. We are both professional violinists, occupying two of the bedrooms (the fourth room is also currently available as we weren't renting it out before). Because of our music schedules, we often work evenings and weekends. If we ever need to practice or record at home, we keep it to reasonable hours and try to do so when everyone else is out of the house.

We love a calm, respectful, and peaceful environment. To keep our home a relaxing sanctuary, we have a few house guidelines:

• Spotless & CLEAN: Keeping the house clean is a top priority for us. We also have a weekly cleaner, so your share would be once every 4weeks just £45 to her (she can do your room too). Sometimes we skip weeks and do it ourselves if we don't need her, so might be a less frequent cost, this can be discussed. However everyone is expected to to clean after themselves in the common areas.

• Peaceful Routines: As a musician, I work late and come home very quietly. We are looking for someone who is naturally quiet and mindful in the mornings. (Our last housemate worked a standard 9-5 and it was all good anyway).

• We are a strictly non-smoking, drug-free, drunk-free and shoe-free home.

• Daily Flow: Ideally suited for someone who mostly works outside of the home not regular WFH.
- Due to building regulations, overnight guests are limited to around 1–2 nights a month. (however if any of us are away you're very welcome to have guests those days as long as we try keep occupancy at 4 max in the house)
- To keep the house fresh, we also prefer a flatmate who doesn’t regularly fry strong-smelling, heavy fried meals/curries/fish.

The Details:
• Contract: Monthly rolling contract with a 5-week notice period if you'd like to move out.
• To Move In: 1 month's deposit & 1 month's rent and a quick, standard Right to Rent check.
