Double Room in 3-Bed Pimlico Flat + Bills Inc.

Hi! I’m Chi-Yiing, and my flatmate Chloe and I actually found each other through SpareRoom too! 😊 We’re now looking for our third flatmate to join our lovely 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom flat in Pimlico.

The available room is a very spacious double bedroom with a desk and chair and two built-in wardrobes, giving you plenty of storage and space to make the room your own. Please note that the two black cabinets shown in the photos will not be included and will be replaced with the desk and chair before move-in. The rent is £1,350 per month, with all bills included (Council tax, water, Wi-Fi and electricity).

We’re looking for a female flatmate who is clean, respectful, considerate and has chilled, easy-going vibes. We enjoy having our chats after getting back from work and being sociable, but also completely understand having busy schedules and wanting your own space.

Pimlico is a lovely area with great transport links, as well as plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and everything you need nearby. The flat is just an 8-minute walk from Pimlico Station, around a 15-minute walk from Victoria, and 15 minutes from Battersea Power Station, making it really convenient!
