Two large doubles in SW2

Hello! I’m looking for two friends to share my fully furnished home in SW2 (7 mins walk from Tulse Hill station) from early December. There are two large doubles available that share a bathroom on the same floor (with bath and walk in shower).

The first bedroom has built in wardrobes, original fireplace, desk / dressing table space and chair, king bed and bedside tables.

The second bedroom has a king bed and bedside table, chest of drawers, built in cupboard space, and a double wardrobe space on the landing outside.

Both rooms overlook a tropical
inspired garden and there’s extra storage space in the loft if you need it.

It’s a very spacious Georgian house (over 200 sqm2 internal space) on a quiet residential street with two lounges, kitchen/ dining / seating area, separate laundry and downstairs toilet, bike shed, garden, and gym space in the garden room. My room is on a séparate floor with separate bathroom, and I work abroad 3-4 months p/year. I’m sociable and excited to find some great people to share with. All that I ask is that you both like living in a clean and tidy space and are respectful. Utilities, weekly cleaner, fibre broadband, council tax, and Netflix included in the monthly amount.

The house is next to a local park which has tennis courts (I play if you want to rally anytime), and is a short walk from West Norwood High Street which has a great pubs, a Picturehouse cinema, coffee shops, supermarkets, and one of the most famous greasy spoons in London. It’s then 10 mins on public transport to Brixton, Brockwell Park / Lido, Herne Hill, Peckham, and 20 mins to London Bridge and King’s X.
