Double in SW2 available mid October

Hello! I’m looking for someone to share my fully furnished home in SW2 (7 mins walk from Tulse Hill station) with me and my amazing lodger Eden (29). We’re a sociable and tidy pair who like a glass of wine in the garden and a night out together, but also respect each other’s space and need to relax after the week (we both work full time).

The room’s a double with king size bed, cupboard and drawers (there are two double wardrobes on the landing close by for your exclusive use), high ceilings, and original fireplace. You’ll share a large bathroom on the same floor (with bath and walk in shower) with Eden (29).

It’s a very spacious Georgian house (over 200 sqm2 internal space) on a quiet residential street with two lounges, kitchen/ dining / seating area, separate laundry and downstairs toilet, bike shed, and garden. My room is on a séparate floor with separate bathroom, and I work abroad 4 months p/year.

We’re looking for someone who fits like the third piece of the jigsaw! We keep the space very clean and tidy and are respectful of each other. Utilities, weekly cleaner, fibre broadband, council tax, and Netflix included in the monthly amount, the only thing on top of that is a small monthly contribution to cleaning products.

The house is next to a local park which has tennis courts (I play if you want to rally anytime), and is a short walk from West Norwood High Street which has a great pubs, a Picturehouse cinema, coffee shops, supermarkets, and one of the most famous greasy spoons in London. It’s then 10 mins on public transport to Brixton, Brockwell Park / Lido, Herne Hill, Peckham, and 20 mins to London Bridge and King’s X.
