The room

The room is a comfortable double bedroom with good storage and is part of a spacious 3-bedroom house.

The house has a large living room, garden, good communal space and two toilets, so it doesn’t feel cramped.

The house

There are two of us living here J (29) and Tyler (27).

We’re both sociable and easy-going. We enjoy cooking, watching films, having friends over, going out for drinks and generally making the most of London, but we’re also independent and respect each other’s space.

There’s a projector in the living room which gets plenty of use for movie nights and sport.

Basically, we’re looking for someone who wants a proper home rather than just somewhere to sleep friendly atmosphere, but no pressure to be joined at the hip.

Location

We’re between Clapham and Brixton, with really easy access to both.

We have two very friendly cats who are part of the household. They’re affectionate, slightly spoilt and firmly believe the house belongs to them 😂

Who we’re looking for

Someone who’s clean, respectful, friendly and easy-going.

We’re open to professionals or students the main thing is finding someone who’s a good fit for the house.
