We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to fill our double room in SW2 from 16th December (slightly flexible).
The room comes furnished with a king-size bed and double wardrobe with built-in drawers, in a cute, fully furnished 2-bed apartment.
You’ll be living with Annalee, an amazing, sociable flatmate in her early 30s who loves exploring London, a pub pint or spritz, trying new restaurants, revisiting old favourites and travelling.
We’d love someone likeminded, ideally late 20s–mid 30s, who’s looking for more than just a flatmate and would enjoy becoming friends too! Ideally, someone who works outside the home, as there isn’t really space for a dedicated WFH setup.
The location is fab, with great transport links and both the Northern and Victoria lines within 10–15 minutes.
💷 Rent: £1,019.82 per month + bills (budget approx. £130 per month).
