Hi everyone! I'm looking for a someone to take over my beautiful, spacious room in a 3-bedroom house in Brixton Hill. Move in date- asap, December 1.
Rent is £800 per month, with bills averaging £120-£150.
The location is great, around a 20-minute walk to Clapham, Balham and Brixton, with bus stops just 3-5 minutes away.
Tesco is around the corner and Sainsbury's is a 4-minute walk.
My housemates are both over 30, lovely, friendly and very welcoming. You'll share the bathroom with just one other person, and the room has plenty of storage.
I've spent most of my time in London living here, so it's bittersweet to leave! Only looking for someone in their 30s or 40s who works from home no more than two days a week.
