SHORT stay considered, but highier rate! Double bedroom available close to Morden Tube station 5 mins via 413/163 Bus route. 10mins from Raynes Park Train Station. The room is for none smoker only! No Drinking in the property or smoking no sharing room with others unless we agree. Really, no drug taking as well. It is unfortunate to have to point these things out. It is a quiet household as respect is observed always. Looking for quiet person. We are Muslims and eating of pork in the house will cause issues, so respectfully not seeking someone who can't follow this. The room is available from 23rd November 2026. All Bills included,. Free Wifi too 300mbs, fibre to the property. No cooking after 9.30, but can heat food up in micro wave. The room requires a Quiet person. Free outside parking. Very very large house. New Carpet, newly painted and new bed.
