Fantastic location . 1min walk to all shops , supermarkets, coffee shops , station etc. From Raynes Park station very good commute to central London and also Kingston and all southwest in general. Price is £990 incl all bills(gas, el, water, internet, council tax).
Because the owner wants to sell the house if he can sell we have been adviced to give only 3 months contract for now. Can stay longer if it’s not sold . (Haven’t been able to sell for the last 6 months)
