Double room with super king size bed available. Shared bathroom and living room. Large Garden with garden furniture and wood burner. Bedroom has two double wardrobes and 8 kallax boxes for storage. The window is a lightwell FYI as you can see in photos.

The bed is larger than the one shown and the flooring is now grey FYI.

Rent includes all bills and cleaner twice a month.

I am Jennifer - just turned 40. I am a working professional and am in the office a few days every two weeks. When home, I have a desk in the bedroom so should not be too disturbing if you work from home. I enjoy going out as much as I enjoy chilling at home. I am pescatarian but you don't have to be.

Room would suit someone similar who isn't a crazy partier.

Must be dog and cat friendly as I have a dog and look after my sister's cat sometimes. Ideally someone happy to mind the dog if I am out or away with work. You'll often have the place to yourself as I travel a lot - average once a month.

I currently live with a lovely couple but they are likely to move our in Feb.

I would consider couples but the rent would be £1400 inclusive of bills and cleaner.
